Installation Procedure for the New Design

  1. Once the seal is open, remove the yellow label on top of the Bleeding hole before installation. All cartridges must have Nippon-ink label at the side of the cartridge.
  2. Follow instruction shown on LCD screen on the printer. Must follow strictly, if not printer show error stating cartridge "Empty" or "Cannot Detect" or malfunction
  3. When you push in the new design cartridge, you might feel tight that need some pressure to push in. It due to the thin film on the nozzle that need to be push through so that the nozzle pin can punch through the film before the ink flow to the nozzle.
  4. Result in false alarm that the cartridge cannot be installed or does not fit into the holder or wrong design or cartridge been purchased or offered.
  5. Once installed do not remove till cartridge is empty.
  6. If you need to remove the cartridge, please tape the top Bleeding Hole to prevent ink from dripping. Once cartridge been removed tape the nozzle and keep it upright.
  7. For reuse, remove the tape from the nozzle before installation. Later remove the tape from the Bleeding Hole. If you did not remove the tape from the Bleeding Hole ink will not flow into the nozzle. Thus it indicates no ink or unclear printout.
  8. In case of any malfunction, please read the screen message and/or computer screen shown to identify the actual root cause.

Reason for the Changes

  1. To prevent any patent infringement and copyright issue.
  2. More User Friendliness for End-User to refill directly from the Bleeding Hole.
